Boris Leite

Boris has a passion for organizational transformations that include profound shifts in culture, mental models and the ways people operate to produce business results. He developed as a professional in the management consulting industry during the 10 years he spent working for McKinsey, serving several companies in Latin America, Europe and the U.S. in sectors including banking, telecommunications, consumer goods, retail, basic materials, and payor/providers. Boris has worked with clients on diverse strategic themes, ranging from comprehensive turnarounds to sustainable growth, and including areas such as marketing, sales, operations, finance, innovation, and human resources. Boris is a founding partner of Ekantika, a company dedicated to supporting business transformation through a whole-system perspective. Boris holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD, France, and received a B.S. in electrical engineering from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Brazil. He was born in Cordeiro, Brazil and currently lives in São Paulo with his wife Viviane and two children, Gustavo and Isabela.
